About Me

I’m a strategist and systems thinker who’s always been curious about how things work, especially when people, data, and decisions are involved.I come from a background in applied math, decision-making, and AI. Over the past ten years, I’ve helped teams make sense of messy problems. That includes scaling operations in SaaS startups, optimizing dispatch systems in logistics, and getting the right solutions to stick. I think best at the intersection of technical systems and human outcomes.I also work with companies trying to navigate the growing complexity of AI. Whether it’s implementing practical solutions, making sense of emerging tools, or coaching teams through change, I bring both the tech know-how and the human approach needed to stay grounded in clarity and value.My focus is post-sales: where customer experience meets long-term growth. I help companies align their strategy, tools, and teams to scale Solution Architecture, Implementations, Customer Success, and Support. I’ve also worked cross-functionally with partner teams to turn complex capabilities into clear, repeatable value. I help teams go from reactive to reliable by designing journeys that help customers succeed, stay, and grow.Outside of tech, I paint. I explore language, emotion, and abstraction using generative AI and Arabic scripts. I practice Tai Chi, walk in nature often, and believe that most good systems—in life or business—start with alignment, flow, and trust.I care deeply about community. I’ve mentored founders, led civic initiatives, and supported research and education projects.
